As a custom furniture company, most of our projects are custom commissions. We take your ideas and turn them into a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture. Everything, including the style, the details, the size, the wood type, and the finish can be unique to that piece!
1 – Concept
During the concept phase we discuss ideas, look at reference photos, and discuss concepts, style, and materials for your project. We’ll make sure that we’re a good fit for you and vice versa.
2 – Budget
Next we’ll establish a bugetary estimate for your project. Although this is a rough number for budgetary purposes, it’s typically very close to the final price.
3 – Design Deposit
Once everyone is on same page, we’ll take a small deposit to begin the design work. The size of the deposit depends on the project size and scope, and once we have the deposit, your project is on our active list.
4 – Design
During the design phase we’ll further collaborate and document the design and project scope. For most projects, we generate a full set of scaled drawings that detail and illustrate the project. This is also when we’ll visit your space if an onsite meeting is needed.
5 – Agreement
With the design complete, we’ll create the formal agreement and provide it to you for signing. We also typically collect a larger deposit at this point.
6 – Build
Once the formal agreement is signed, your project is on our active build list. We’ll get to work and keep you updated as the project progresses.
7 – Delivery
Once your project is complete, we’ll coordinate delivery or shipping.
